1. Shipping Methods

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Processing time does not include weekends and public holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. AGMONT is not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If you need to change your address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment in real-time on our website or the courier's website. Most orders can be tracked on the "My Orders" page in your account.

5. Delivery Confirmation

A signature or OTP verification may be required upon delivery depending on the order value and location. If no one is available to receive the package, the courier will attempt delivery again or leave a notice for pickup at their nearest collection center.

6. Undelivered Packages

If a package cannot be delivered after three attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange redelivery or process a refund. Return shipping charges may apply if the customer is unavailable for delivery.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In case of damaged or lost shipments, please contact us immediately with:

  • Order number and tracking information
  • Photos of the damaged packaging and product
  • Delivery proof (photo)

We will investigate the issue and either send a replacement or process a full refund within 7-10 business days.

8. International Shipping

Currently, AGMONT ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. However, we are working to expand our shipping zones. For queries about shipping to other countries, please contact our customer service.

9. Special Delivery Instructions

You can provide special delivery instructions during checkout or in your account settings. These may include:

  • Specific delivery time preferences
  • Gate code or building number
  • Preferred contact person
  • Leave at porch instructions
