Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange any item. The 30-day period is our return window, and items must be returned within this timeframe to be eligible for a return or exchange. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted.

⏰ Remember: The return period is calculated from the delivery date, not the purchase date. Make sure to initiate your return within 30 days!

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and Unwashed: The item must be in its original, unused condition
  • Original Tags: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Original Condition: No signs of wear, damage, or alterations
  • With Receipt: Original proof of purchase is required
  • Not on Sale: Final sale items cannot be returned (marked at checkout)
⚠️ Important: Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted for return or exchange. This includes stretched fabrics, faded colors, or any alterations.

3. Return Process

Initiate Return Request

Log into your account, go to "My Orders," and click "Return" on the item. Fill out the return form with the reason for return.

Receive Return Label

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Print it and attach it to the package. No additional shipping cost from your end!

Ship Back the Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible. Drop it off at the courier location mentioned in the label. Keep the tracking number for your records.

Quality Check & Approval

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days to verify it meets our return conditions.

Refund Processed

After approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Exchange Process

Need a different size or color? Here's how to exchange your item:

  1. Initiate an exchange request on the "My Orders" page
  2. Select the size or color you want to exchange for
  3. Receive a prepaid return label and ship back the original item
  4. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll ship the new one to you
  5. If there's a price difference, we'll adjust your refund or collect the additional amount
💡 Tip: Exchanges are faster than return + repurchase! You can often receive your new item while your return is in transit.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Intimates (bras, underwear, swimwear)
  • Final sale items (marked at checkout)
  • Clearance or heavily discounted items
  • Gift card purchases
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Damaged items due to customer misuse

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it immediately at no cost to you! Follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damage or defect
  3. We'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund
  4. Return shipping will be completely free

7. Refund Amount

Refunds are calculated as follows:

  • Product Price: Full refund of item cost
  • Shipping Charges: Not refunded for regular returns (only for defective items)
  • Discount Applied: Refund based on discounted price
  • Payment Method: Refund credited to original payment method

8. Returns Processing Time

Here's the expected timeline for your return:

  • Return Shipping: 3-5 days (depends on courier)
  • Quality Inspection: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Total Timeframe: 15-21 days (approximately)

9. Return Shipping Address

The return label sent to you will contain the address where you need to ship the item back. Make sure to:

  • Use the label provided to avoid any issues
  • Keep tracking information for your records
  • Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit
  • Do not ship to any other address

10. Special Cases

International Orders

Returns for international orders may incur additional shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Gift Purchases

Gifts can be returned or exchanged just like regular purchases. You'll need the order number and email address used for the purchase.

Sale Items

Sale items purchased with a discount can be returned or exchanged for a full refund of the sale price, not the original price.
